Jacksonville Film Festival to screen ‘Dribble’

Iranian short flick ‘Dribble’ has made its way to the Jacksonville Film Festival in the US.

‘Dribble’, co-directed by Nazafarin Hassanpour and Ali Lavari-Monfared, will take part in the 2023 edition of the festival.

The film is about two brothers who are at odds with each other because of their mutual passion for soccer, but football is the only way to bring them closer together.

The film is starring Mehdi Mokarian and Mohammad Norouzi.

The mission of the Jacksonville Film Festival is to “celebrate motion pictures by discovering and showcasing new talent”, website of the event reads.

“We aim to rejuvenate the film industry in Jacksonville by creating an atmosphere that immerses the filmmakers with their audience and community.”

The upcoming edition of the festival will take place on February 3-5, 2023.
